This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 18th day of March, 2022, by and between Empowered Funds, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company with its principal place of business at 19 E. Eagle Road, Havertown, PA 19083 doing business as ETF Architect (the “Adviser”), Alpha Architect ETF Trust (the “Trust”), and ROC Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 30 Sierra Vista Dr., Redding, CA 96001 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
