For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Vimeo, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “Vimeo”), and you hereby mutually agree to the severance of your employment with the Company upon the following terms and conditions of this agreement (this “Agreement”).
