This Amendment, made as of May 29, 2019 and effective as of June 3, 2019 (the “Amendment”), is entered into by and between, State Street Bank and Trust Company, (the “Custodian”) and each management investment company and series party to or which becomes a party to the Agreement (as defined below) (currently identified on Appendix A) (in each case, a “Fund” or collectively, the “Funds”). Capitalized terms defined in the Agreement (as defined below) have the same meanings herein as therein.

This Third Amendment to Fund Accounting and Support Services Agreement (the “Amendment”) is entered into as of the 20th day of December, 2023 and effective as of the 1st day of January, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), amending the Agreement (as defined below), by and between State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (“State Street”), and Thornburg Investment Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Fund” and, together with State Street, the “Parties” and each, a “Party”).

This Third Amendment to Master Custodian Agreement (the “Amendment”) is entered into as of the 20th day of December, 2023 and effective as of the 1st day of January, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), amending the Agreement (as defined below), by and between each management investment company identified on Appendix A hereto and each management investment company which becomes a party to the Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof (in each case, a “Fund”), including, if applicable, each series of a Fund identified on Appendix A and each series which becomes a party to the Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof, and State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (the “Custodian” and, together with the Funds, the “Parties” and each, a “Party”).
