This amendment, effective December 15, 2023 (the “Amendment”), to the Amended and Restated Master Custodian Agreement dated as of December 1, 2022 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time, the “Agreement”), is by and among each management investment company and each Cayman Islands entity identified on Appendix A thereto (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), and State Street Bank and Trust Company (the “Custodian”, and together with the Funds, the “Parties”).

This amendment executed August 31, 2023, effective September 30, 2023 (the “Amendment”), to the Amended and Restated Master Custodian Agreement dated as of December 1, 2022 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time, the “Agreement”), is by and among each management investment company and each Cayman Islands entity identified on Appendix A thereto (each a “Fund” and collectively as the “Funds”), and State Street Bank and Trust Company (the “Custodian”, and together with the Funds, the “Parties”).

This Eighth Amendment (the “Amendment”) is made as of February 21, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) and amends the Transfer Agency Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated February 15, 2018, as amended between PPM Funds, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), and UMB Fund Services, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (the “Transfer Agent”). All terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meanings ascribed in the Agreement.

This Amendment, effective as May 6, 2023, to the Amended and Restated Master Custodian Agreement dated as of December 1, 2022 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time, the “Agreement”), is by and among each management investment company and each Cayman Islands entity identified on Appendix A attached thereto (each such management investment company and each Cayman Islands entity made subject to the Agreement in accordance with Section 20.5 of the Agreement, shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Fund” and collectively as “Funds”), and State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (the “Custodian”).
