THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is by and between Comstock Funds, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Corporation”), on behalf of its series Comstock Capital Value Fund (the “Fund”), and the investment adviser, Gabelli Funds, LLC (the “Adviser”). This Agreement shall be effective as of November 24, 2021 (the “Effective Date”).
