Exhibit 10.19 AGREEMENT This AGREEMENT is made this __ day of May, 2001, by and between Group 1 Software, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Mr. Ronald F. Friedman (“Mr. Friedman”), superseding all prior employment agreements between the parties hereto.
