This First Amendment dated as of , 2016 (“Amendment”), amends that certain 1998 Convention Center Management Agreement dated September 17, 1998, (“1998 Agreement”) by and between the San Diego Unified Port District, a public corporation (“District”) and the City of San Diego, a municipal corporation (“City”). The District and the City are collectively referred to as “Parties.”
