This is an Agreement, entered into effective on September 1, 2016, by and among Impact Housing REIT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), Impact Housing REIT Manager, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Manager”), and the persons admitted to the Company as members by the Manager following the date of this Agreement (“Investor Members”). The Manager and the Investor Members are sometimes referred to as “Members” in this Agreement.
