(“Kimley-Horn” or “Consultant”) is pleased to submit this contract modification letter agreement (the “Agreement”) to City of Glendale (“Client”) for providing Construction Phase Services for the installation of new water and sewer facilities along Glendale Avenue from El Mirage Road to 99th Avenue.
