This agreement is signed pursuant to the Victorian Country Football League Incorporated Rules and Regulations pertaining to clearances and permits and in particular clause 2.10 whereby an interchange of players between Clubs of the above-mentioned Leagues may take place without clearance and is subject to any provisions contained within this agreement.

This agreement is only to allow Under 14 players in the Goulburn Campaspe JFL to be able to play with their clubs “name-sake” Under 16 team in the Shepparton DJFL. [Kyabram Secondary College is the “name sake club” for School teams in Kyabram].
