This Member Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on July 1, 2016 (“Effective Date”) between Idaho Digital Learning Academy, a governmental entity organized and existing under the laws of the State of Idaho, with a principal place of business at 300 W. Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702 (Main Campus) (“IDLA”) and Coeur d'Alene School District #271, acting by and through its Board of Trustees (“Member”).
