As a member in the Lansing Hockey Club ("LHC"), I, , agree to be bound by and observe all rules and regulations of LHC, the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association (“MAHA”) and USA Hockey. I will be an active participant in scheduled games, practices and team functions to the best of my ability.
