The undersigned Exhibitor hereby submits this application for exhibit space at Sakura-Con 2018 to the Asia-Northwest Cultural Education Association, a Washington nonprofit corporation, (“Organizer”) and hereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein and to such other rules and regulations as may from time to time be established by the Organizer. The Exhibitor further agrees that, upon acceptance by the Organizer of this fully executed application, this application shall become a legally binding contract (“Contract”), enforceable against the Exhibitor in accordance with its terms.
