This 2018 SUPPLEMENTAL EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT PLAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 31st day of August 2018, by and between Carolina Trust Bank (the “Bank”), a North Carolina banking corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Carolina Trust Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”), and Edwin E. Laws, Chief Financial Officer of the Bank (the “Executive”).
