For the above consideration, the Virginia Fall Races will provide a space near the high traffic area of the paddock and provide 2 General Admission parking passes. Vendors to provide his/her own tent, chairs and tables for a 10’x 10’ area. If Vendor requires a tent or tables, etc., please contact Virginia Tent Rental. Information included.

The Committee invites you to participate in our Holiday Equestrian Boutique on Sunday, November 4, 2018 for the 84th running of The Pennsylvania Hunt Cup Races. Vendors will be able to display their merchandise in a premiere tented area along with other quality retailers. The 501(c) (3) Pennsylvania Hunt Cup offers you an opportunity to reach customers in an exciting, friendly atmosphere and expects Race Day 2018 to be another success. We hope that you will join us in supporting the historic PHC and our beneficiary, the Chester County Food Bank. Last year’s participants have priority until October 3rd. The number of accepted vendors is limited due to space restrictions inside the Big Tent. Neither heat nor electricity is guaranteed. Don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour on race day!
