This agreement is made and entered into by and between Avalon Care Center - Hy-Lond-Modesto LLC, D/B/A Hy-Lond Convalescent Hospital Modesto, California (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) and the Health Care Workers Council of United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union AFL-CIO,CLC (United Steelworkers or USW) on behalf of its Local 12-911-09 (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”.)
