This Grant Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date (defined in Section 1.b), by and between the Maryland Department of Planning, a principal department of the State of Maryland (“MDP” or “Planning”), acting in coordination with, and as authorized by, the 2020 Census Grant Program Panel (the “Grant Panel”), and County, Maryland, a local government organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland with its principal office located at [ADDRESS] (the “Grantee”).
