The 2020 Oakland County Brownfield Consortium Agreement ("the Agreement") is entered into between the County of Oakland, a Constitutional and Municipal Corporation, 1200 North Telegraph, Pontiac, Michigan 48341 ("County"), and the City of Ferndale, 300 East Nine Mile Rd, Ferndale, Michigan 48220 a Michigan Municipal Corporation ("Municipality"). In this Agreement the County and the Municipality may also be referred to individually as "Party" or jointly as "Parties".
