This Agreement (“Agreement”) made on December 20, 2019 (“Effective Date”) is between Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers as the entity designated as the buyer (“Buyer”) and Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki LLC dba: Prince Waikiki and the Mauna Kea Resort dba The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel as the entities designated as the hotel (“Hotel”).
