THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Shawnee County, Kansas, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and the Teamsters Local Union No. 696, Topeka, Kansas, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, hereinafter referred to as the "Union" agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
