THIS AGREEMENT, made as of the 15th day of May, 1972, and restated and amended herein, by and between the UPPER OCCOQUAN SEWAGE AUTHORITY (UOSA), a public body politic and corporate duly created pursuant to the Virginia Water and Waste Authorities Act, and the CITY OF MANASSAS and the CITY OF MANASSAS PARK, municipal corporations of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FAIRFAX COUNTY and the BOARD OF COUNTY SUPERVISORS OF PRINCE WILLIAM
