A Consortium Agreement is a contract between two institutions of higher education for the purpose of financial aid administration for a specific student and academic period. It acknowledges the registration of the student at each institution and certifies that only one of the two institutions will administer Title IV financial aid for the student. The student must also agree to the terms of the contract.

This Consortium Agreement must be completed in order for a student to receive federal financial aid to attend two separate institutions. Please read the following instructions carefully and complete the form on the second page.
Contract2023-2024 Consortium Agreement • March 19th, 2015
It is the student’s responsibility to complete this form and have the appropriate signatures and approvals at both Stevens Institute of Technology and the visiting institution. Prior to the completion of this form please contact your major department and complete the Visiting Student Authorization form which allows you to take credits at another university and have them transfer back to Stevens Institute of Technology. Please be aware that there are specific requirements to attend another institution.
