The 2023 PROCESS EXPO, (the “Show”) is sponsored by PE Events LLC (the “Sponsor”) to be held at McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois (“Exhibit Facility”). This 2023 Exhibitor Agreement and Rules shall be referred to as “the Show contract”.
