This agreement is for the Township’s Munilogic software that is utilized by the Codes Department. The Township has utilized this software since 2014. Currently, the Township pays $12,755 annually for this software, which includes an annual maintenance payment of $9,275 and monthly payments of $290 per month. The proposed contract would be for $1,475 per month ($17,700 per year) for three (3) years. This represents a 39% annual price increase. In speaking with representatives from Munilogic, I would note the following as it pertains to the proposed agreement:
