a Utah corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," and (SUBCONTRACTOR NAME AND ADDRESS) hereinafter referred to as "Subcontractor," is entered into and shall be effective as of the date it has been signed by both parties hereto (the “Subcontract Date”). If Subcontractor commences work prior to signing this Subcontract, the Subcontract Date shall be deemed to be the date Subcontractor commenced the Work.
