This Agreement is an intergovernmental cooperation Agreement pursuant to Sec. 66.0301, Wis. Stats., by and between the City of Muskego (hereinafter referred to as Muskego), the Village of Mukwonago (hereinafter referred to as Mukwonago) and the Village of Elm Grove (hereinafter referred to as Elm Grove) (Muskego, Mukwonago and Elm Grove hereinafter referred to, collectively, as Parties, and individually each constitutes a Party).
