These Sponsorship Terms & Conditions (hereinafter CONDITIONS) together with the Sponsor Registration Form (hereinafter FORM), the MD2024 Sponsorships Dossier (hereinafter DOSSIER), the MUNDOS DIGITALES regulations, the MD2024 regulations and the MD2024 venue (PALEXCO) regulations (hereinafter REGULATIONS), form the sponsorship contract (hereinafter CONTRACT) that will govern the relationship between the sponsoring company (hereinafter SPONSOR) and Mundos Digitales Transmedia S.L. (hereinafter MUNDOS DIGITALES), addressed in C/ Sor Joaquina, 4 Bajo Izq. 15011 A Coruña (Spain), whose purpose is to regulate the sponsorship by the SPONSOR of the XXII edition of the International Conference on Animation, VFX and New Media; and the services, publicity and economic relationship between the SPONSOR and MUNDOS DIGITALES (hereinafter the PARTIES), generating the corresponding reciprocal obligations and duties between both PARTIES.
