Exhibit A - DATA PROTECTION ADDENDUMA - Data Protection Addendum • October 13th, 2021
This Data Protection Addendum (“DPA”), as amended from time to time, is an integral part of the MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT to which this DPA is linked ("Agreement") by and among the applicable entity of Ermetic with which the Agreement was executed (”Ermetic”) and the entity or entities who are a party to the Agreement. This DPA shall have effect on the date the Agreement becomes effective.
