The Office of Legal Affairs (“OLA”) has approved the following AAMC Uniform Clinical Training Affiliation Agreement published on June 4, 2015 and AAMC Uniform Clinical Training Affiliation Agreement Implementation Letter (collectively, “AAMC UCTA Agreement”) to be used solely for the placement of Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine (“OUWB”) students at clinical sites that sign the AAMC UCTA Agreement. The AAMC UCTA Agreement may not be used for any other purpose. The following conditions apply to use of the AAMC UCTA Agreement:

This IMPLEMENTATION LETTER is effective when signed by all parties. The individuals executing this IMPLEMENTATION LETTER are authorized to sign on behalf of their institutions and certify that their institutions have accepted the terms of the Uniform Clinical Training Agreement and further agree to comply with its terms except as noted above.
