This ABACASXCHANGE Token Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) as applicable, contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of any related ERC-20 ABCS smart token contract (the “Smart Token Contract”) including the ABACASXCHANGE token sale contract (the “Sales Contract”); and the purchase of the related ERC-20 compatible tokens distributed on the Ethereum blockchain (the “ABCS tokens”) and is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent (“Buyer” or “you”) and AbacasXchange INC. (“ABACASXCHANGE,” together with its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates, “Company”). Buyer, ABACASXCHANGE and Company are herein referred to individually as a“Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
