EX-10.1 2 ex10_1.htm EXHIBIT 10.1 Exhibit 10.1 ABRASIVE FLUID JET TECHNOLOGY PURCHASE AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT (herein the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 25th day of August, 2005, by and between Alberta Energy Partners, a general partnership organized in the State of Texas and consisting of Mark McAfee and Mark Alley as its two partners, and having its principal office in Montgomery County, Texas (herein “Alberta”), and Blast Energy Services, Inc., f/k/a Verdisys, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of California and having its principal office at 14550 Torrey Chase Boulevard, Suite 330, Houston, Texas 77014 (herein “Blast”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as “Party”).
