entered into as of the Effective Date by and between Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College (“LSU”), a Louisiana constitutional corporation, Ochsner Clinic Foundation, d/b/a Ochsner Health System (“Ochsner”), a Louisiana nonprofit corporation, and Ochsner LSU Health System of North Louisiana, a Louisiana nonprofit corporation created for the purpose of effecting this Agreement between LSU and Ochsner (“OLHS-NL”). LSU, Ochsner and OLHS-NL may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
