ACADEMIC COLLABORATION AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT dated is made BETWEEN: (1) University of Warwick whose administrative offices are at University House, Kirby Corner Road, Coventry CV4 8UW, UK (hereinafter “Lead University”),(2) Universidade Federal do Ceará whose administrative offices are at 2853 Universidade Av,CEP 60.020-181 (hereinafter “UFC”); and (3) Foundation ASTEF whose administrative offices are at Campus Universitário do Pici, Bloco 710, Bairro Amadeu Furtado, Fortaleza – Ceará, 60455-900, Brazil (hereinafter “FASTEF”) each a “Party” and collectively “the Parties” WHEREAS A. The Lead University submitted a proposal to The Royal Society (the Funding Body), for a research project called “Decay of correlations and statistical properties of high-dimensional dynamical systems” (“the Project”) as set out in Schedule 1; and B. UFC was a co-applicant in the proposal submitted to the Funding Body for the Project; andC. The Funding Body has awarded a contract to the Lead University to
