This Academic Corporate Bond TRACE Data Agreement (together with all Attachments hereto, this “Agreement”), is made by and between the undersigned Academic Institution and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”), a Delaware nonstock corporation that is a self-regulatory organization subject to oversight by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), whose principal place of business is located at 1735 K Street NW, Washington, DC 20006, and the undersigned Academic Institution.
