This Academic-Year Student Housing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between The University of Tennessee, on behalf of its Department of University Housing for its Knoxville Campus (“University”), and the student requesting academic-year housing (“Student”). In consideration for a residence for the period outlined in this Agreement (fall and spring terms), Student agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.
