This Acceptance Letter (“Agreement”) refers to the ZF Business Partner Code of Conduct (“BPCoC”), see www.zf.com -> Company -> Compliance -> BPCoC. It shall be applicable to ZF Friedrichshafen AG and to all companies directly or indirectly affiliated with ZF Friedrichshafen AG, as far as ZF holds a share of at least 50%, (collectively: “ZF”) as well as to this Agreement’s signatory entity and its direct or indirect subsidiaries, in which the signatory entity holds a share of at least 50% (“Business Partner” or “we” or “us”). It shall be effective as from our acceptance and cannot be withdrawn or terminated for our supply relationship with ZF.
