This End User License and Database Download Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, either an individual person or a single legal entity (the “Customer”), and PARTsolutions LLC (the “Licensor”) for the software technology and database services associated with this Agreement which includes associated internet related services, design materials and related information and copies of parts and/or assembly data contained in files capable of being downloaded and incorporated into your own engineering drawings and designs developed on your CAD System (such designs and drawings, together with any derivative thereof “Supplier CAD Models” and, collectively with the related software technology and database services, the “Software”).
