Agreement (the “Beta Agreement”), effective as of the date signed below, is a legal agreement between the legal entity and its affiliates on whose behalf you are entering this Beta Agreement (“you”) and WebPT, Inc. (“WebPT”). This Agreement governs your use of any pre-release or beta version of WebPT’s SOAP 2.0 service and any related technology or services, and all accompanying documentation (collectively, the “Beta Services”). You must accept the terms of this Beta Agreement before using any Beta Services. If you do not agree to the terms of this Beta Agreement, you are not granted any rights whatsoever in or to the Beta Services. If you are not willing to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access the Beta Services.
