This Cooperative Agreement, made and entered into this of 2009 2010 by and between the members of the Transportation Executive Council of Eastern Washington County Rural Planning Organization, hereinafter referred to as “RPO”, made up of elected officials of the Cities of Hurricane, LaVerkin, Toquerville, the Town of Leeds, and Washington County, hereinafter referred to as “Jurisdiction(s)”; and the Utah Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as “UDOT”, establishes criteria regarding the granting of access along State highways and other roadways within the boundaries of the RPO.
