United States Fire Insurance Company ("we" or "us") will provide the insurance described in this policy in exchange for payment of premium by the policyholder ("you") when due. Coverage is subject to the terms and conditions described in this policy. Only an endorsement that we issue can change or waive the contract terms in this policy. Certain terms are defined.
