The Credit Union has made changes to the Deposit Account Disclosure - Important Notice: Member Fee Schedule (“Schedule”). The changes are intended to clarify our agreements with members and/or reflect changes in the laws governing the accounts and services we provide. Your continued use of your account(s) indicates your acceptance of these changes. All other terms and conditions of your Agreement and Schedule still apply. The following provisions have been revised:

The Credit Union has made numerous changes and revisions to the Accounts and Services of Your Credit Union Booklet. Many of these changes are intended to clarify our agreements with members. Other changes were made to reflect changes in the laws governing the accounts and services we provide. These changes will be effective on February 1, 2020. You can obtain a copy of the revised Membership Agreement by visiting our website: https://iufcu.org; by visiting us at any branch office; or by calling us at (800) 822-1124. Your acceptance and agreement to the revised terms will be evidenced by your continued use of any existing or new account(s) or services after the effective date. The provisions that have been revised are the following:

This Accounts and Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) apply to all the Accounts opened or to be opened by the Customer with the Bank and the related services provided by the Bank to the Customer in connection with the Accounts. Before applying to the Bank for the opening of the Accounts and accepting the related services provided by the Bank, the Customer shall read this Agreement carefully. After executing this Agreement, the Customer shall be bound by this Agreement with regard to the opening of accounts, the use or continuing use of the opened accounts or the related services.
