The undersigned participant (“Participant”) acknowledges that there are risks involved with participating in the Sugar Grove Corn Boil event, whether participating as a volunteer, vendor, sponsor, booth displayer, performer, or in any other capacity. Participant acknowledges that these risks include but are not limited to risks of personal injury, of damage to or loss of property, or even death, as a result of participation.

Warning: By signing this form you give up your right to bring legal action against Dalhousie for any injury to yourself or your property or for your death arising out of your use of the climbing facility and/or climbing equipment. You also agree to compensate Dalhousie University for losses it may suffer as a result of your inappropriate use of its climbing facility and/or climbing equipment.
