This Act of Engagement lays down the terms and conditions of the contract between the Provider, as described below, and the Council of Europe1 in the framework of its partnership with the European Commission in the field of youth, for researching and drafting the Youth Wiki Chapter 10 on youth work for one of the Erasmus+ Partner Countries in the Western Balkans or the Eastern Partnership.
