This letter agreement confirms your appointment as the non-employee Acting Chief Executive Officer (“Acting CEO”) of Stereotaxis, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately following the effectiveness of the separation of services with the Company of William C. Mills III, (the “Transition Date”), in addition to your ongoing service as on the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”).
