This Corporate Sponsor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between (“Sponsor”) and SAE Industry Technologies Consortia, a Pennsylvania not-for-profit corporation having an office at 16701 Melford Blvd., Suite 120; Bowie, MD 20715 (“SAE-ITC”). This Agreement contains the terms and conditions for non-airline corporate sponsorship of the AEEC, AMC and FSEMC—aviation industry activities (“Activities”) organized by ARINC Industry Activities (“ARINC-IA”), an industry program of SAE-ITC.
