THIS AGREEMENT, (the “Agreement”) is made as of October 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between Palm Beach County (hereinafter referred to as (“COUNTY”), a political subdivision of the State of Florida, and Florida Atlantic Research and Development Authority (FARDA), a public instrumentality created by Broward and Palm Beach counties, (hereinafter the “AGENCY”), having its principal office at 3651 FAU Boulevard, Suite 400, Boca Raton, FL 33431 and whose Federal I.D. is 65-0342701.
