The Board of Trustees of the Point Arena Schools District, a school district existing under the laws of the State of California (the “District”), and the Governance Council of the Pacific Community Charter School, a California non-profit public benefit corporation that operates a California public charter school (“PCCS” or the “Charter School”) previously entered into Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) dated May 2020. This Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding (“Addendum”) is hereby entered into on September 13, 2023. The District and the Charter School are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”

The Memorandum of Understanding (“2005 MOU”) entered into on January 27, 2005 by and between the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas (“Judiciary,” “District,” or “FJD”), and AFSCME, District Council 47, Local 2186 (“Local 2186”), which was recognized as the exclusive representative of the FJD employees designated as professional first level supervisors as set forth in Appendix A of the 2005 MOU for the purpose of meeting and discussing with respect to wages, hours and terms of employment, which was amended by an Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding executed on December 8, 2016 (“2016 Addendum”) is further amended for the period from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020 as provided in the within Addendum (“2019 Addendum”). A copy of the 2005 MOU and 2016 Addendum are attached as Exhibit 1 to within Addendum.

As part of negotiating the Master Agreement in the spring of 2015, the Aurora Education Association (AEA) and Aurora Public Schools agreed to extend the lifecycle of the existing Article 13 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). While the current MOU expires at the conclusion of the 2015-16 school year, the parties agree to extend the MOU through the end of the current contract (Master Agreement), June 30, 2020.
