Whereas, the work under this Agreement is subject to applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the regulations pertaining to the Community Development Block Grant program (24 CFR Part 570) and the Uniform Administrative Requirement, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR Part 200).
