In connection with other services being provided to the you (“Licensee”) by BRS GOLF Limited and/or GOLFNOW, LLC (as applicable) (“Existing Agreement”), the terms and conditions of this licence agreement (“Licence”), shall govern the licensee’s download, use and access to the Admin App (“Application”) provided by BRS GOLF Limited (“Licensor”) and the services provided via the application (“Services”).
