Please find attached the final Administrative Entity Operating Agreement (Agreement) between the Department of Public Welfare, Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and each Administrative Entity (AE). Effective July 1, 2010, this Agreement replaces the current Administrative Entity Operating Agreement, which has a term end date of June 30, 2010.
